Q. What Locations does Swachh Gadgets serve in India?

A.We serve all of our customers across India. We have our Mobile and Laptop repair service center in Hyderabad, Telangana, but we offer pickup service and deliver anywhere in India.

Time of Repair:

Q.How Long will it take to get my device repaired at Swachh Gadgets?

A.If it is a simple issue like screen damage, charging issue etc., we try to deliver it on the same day. If it is a water damage issue, it takes approximately 2 to 3 days. If it is a serious motherboard issue it might take around a week.

Q.How long does it take while it is being repaired by Swachh Gadgets?

A.We usually repair all Mobile Phones within 1-2 working days. We pride ourselves on our fast repair turnaround. Depending on the complexity of the repair job booked, it will be communicated to you as well.

Q.Will I loose the data on my mobile phone at Swachh Gadgets?

A.We endeavor to keep all info unless it is necessary to remove as a part of the repair. These repairs usually include software problems liquid damage.

Q.If you can’t fix my mobile phone can you sell me another mobile phone which is used or new one at a good price at Swachh Gadgets?

A.For the same visit our website and if anything suits your requirement amongst our store available option we will be please to serve you in the best available rates, however We can even recycle your old Mobile Phone and strip it for parts.

Q.Will I get charged, if you have quoted for a repair and I decide not to go ahead at Swachh Gadgets?

A.We have a standard cost of Rs 500 per repair job booked with us that we call as service charge and applicable only if you are agreed to our estimate quotes and repair has been started.

In case you change of mind and would like to get the device back, you will have to pay Rs 500 minimum.

NOTE: Post and packaging cost not included.

Warranty Information:

Q.Do I get any warranty at at Swachh Gadgets?

A.Yes we provide warranty to all our repair service followed by original spares (excluding liquid/physical damage) The warranty relates to the work we performed and not to any other unrelated fault that may develop within the 7 days period following the original repair.

Q.Will there be a warranty on the repair done at Swachh Gadgets?

A. Warranty will be based on the nature of repair and also based on the spare part used. We will communicate warranty information to you based on type of repairing required for the device.

Q.Will I still have my warranty intact at at Swachh Gadgets?

A.Any repairs not done by the manufacturer will void your warranty. So it’s our strong recommendation to check the relevant papers with you for warranty details.

Q.What is the quality of replacement parts used at at Swachh Gadgets?

A. Swachh Gadgets use high quality replacement parts which will be generally of genuine quality. We make sure we use the best quality spares available at all times.

Q.Is Swachh Gadgets an Authorized Service Partner for any moble phone brands?

A.No. Swachh Gadgets is not authorized by any of the brands. We only repair out of warranty phones via our private service centers. If your phone is still under warranty, we recommend you to visit nearest authorized service center. For the same, details you can get on the relevant brands website.

Q.What is the procedure for sending my mobile phone in for repair to at Swachh Gadgets?

A.You can either come to our store or you can request a pick up service via courier to us. To send in your mobile phone for repair contact us on 9149940094 and we will assist you.

Payment Methods Available:

Q.How can I pay for my repairs at Swachh Gadgets?

A.We accept all major India credit or debit cards, PayTM, UPI, PhonePe and many other payment methods. You can also make payment via online bank transfer or pay in cash.

Q.What are the terms and conditions of warranty at Swachh Gadgets?

A.Terms and Conditions for Warranty:

01) The Warranty Period will be as mentioned in the Receipt from the date of the Receipt.

02) The warranty will not be Provided against physical damage (Even if there is a crack on the LCD)

03) Warranty does not apply for any water Damaged Phones/Devices.

04) Receipt in hard copy is Mandatory to claim warranty during the tenure of warranty.

05) Warranty will not be valid without the Receipt.

06) Warranty will only be applicable to the part for which, we have done the service or replaced and warranty does not cover any other parts.

07) Warranty Claims will not be entertained in case of any physical damage to the device or to the part either direct or indirect.

08) No pickup and delivery will be provided for issues under warranty, the customer has to visit our store along with the Receipt and the device.

09) There shall no warranty against any tampering after our service or in case of any self-repairs.

10) No new damages will be covered unrelated to the original repair.

11) Any loss of data occurring as a result of the repair will not be our responsibility due to the nature of job,Customers are advised to take a backup before handing over the device to us.

Glass replacement terms at Swachh Gadgets:

Glass replacement is a risky process. There are chances of the display getting damaged in the process of replacement. In that case, Swachh Gadgets replaces the display unit with a different part that is available with our regular suppliers and customer wlll be charged for the display unit, which will be communicated to customer as well.
